Keller Alpine Meadows Park Walking Path
A 2-mile walking/biking path that runs adjacent to Alpine Parkway, with a parking area located on Netherwood Street.
Oregon Rotary Bike Trail
The Oregon Rotary Bike Trail begins at the corner of Netherwood Rd and Cusick Pkwy and runs all the way to Fish Hatchery Rd Park at either end. Enjoy miles of scenic views along the trail. It is a favorite spot among local bikers, runners and walkers.
Badger State Trail
The Badger State Trail is a 40 mile path that runs from Madison to the Illinois border, going through Oregon along the way. The closest trailhead can be found near the intersection of Purcell Rd and Borchert Rd The Badger State Trail connects to the following trails: Capital City, Military Ridge, and Sugar River.
State Trail Pass Requirements
Purchase a required trail pass before using a state trail at any DNR service center, on the phone or at a self service station at a trailhead. Anderson Farm County Park
914 Union Road Dog Park - 804 Union Road
Entrance located on Union Road. Includes woodland, prairie and agricultural land, picnic areas, and a hiking trail and dog park.
Anderson Park Friends is a dynamic, accomplished conservation group focusing on forests, prairies, a dog park, a food pantry garden, and the overall development of Anderson Farm County Park. The group is well-known for its annual Candlelight Walk and Bonfire. It served over 1,000 people in 2023.
Elving Kjellstrom Memorial Park
895 Market Street
Includes a 25-square-foot pavilion area with benches, and a memorial plaque honoring Elving Kjellstrom, the founder of Wisco Industries in Oregon. A sidewalk connects to Market Street and the Village’s bike path and Braun Rd.
Highlands of Netherwood Park
481 Peterson Trail
Located on Peterson Trail/South Netherwood Road, this park includes a paved path, playing field, park shelter with restrooms and accessible playground equipment.
Jaycee Community Park
275 North Perry Parkway
Located east of N. Oak Street. Includes Pickleball courts, a paved path, wooden bridges, ball diamonds, playing fields, a park shelter, playground equipment, concession stand, restrooms, and prairie.
Jon Blanchard Dog Park
801 Park Street
A 9.2-acre dog park with separate fenced areas for large and small dogs. Annual or daily passes are available at the Oregon Village Hall.
Keller Alpine Meadows Park
460 Netherwood Street
A 108.73-acre park located between County Highway CC and Netherwood Road. Includes a paved pathway, bridge, benches, picnic tables, bike fixing station, a parking lot, informational board, wetlands and wildlife habitat areas.
Kiser Fireman’s Park
245 Brook Street
Located on the corner of N. Oak Street and Brook Street. Includes a skate park, tennis courts, playing fields, softball diamonds, picnic shelter, picnic tables, paved path and restrooms. Site of the Annual Oregon Summer Fest!
Lerner Conservation Park
245 Brook Street
A 65.38-acre grassy area located adjacent to Keller Alpine Meadows Park. Includes trails, an outdoor classroom, information kiosk, and wooden bridge. Often used by local schools for projects.
